LG Counter Depth French Door Refrigerator
LG counter-depth refrigerators are small and provide plenty of space. They're also priced lower than many standard-depth French door refrigerators and remove the requirement for a separate under-counter freezer. The LG Smart Mirror InstaView counter-depth refrigerator (LMWC23626S) isn't an exception with the capacity of a standard fridge, but in an elegant, modern design with an internal dispenser that makes it easy to access the water filter.
This model's exterior showcases a fingerprint-resistant stainless steel finish and a mirrored InstaView panel that adds to the modern look of the interior. The door bins are roomy and the top shelf can be folded down to form a a half-depth shelf that allows higher-height items to fit. A set of crisper drawers are in the bottom of the refrigerator and the deli drawer with a full width can be used to store meat or produce.

A recessed ice maker can be found on the back wall of the refrigerator. It saves space and allows you to store an extra bag of ice. The refrigerator uses door cooling systems that uses vents on the freezer and fridge door to let cold air into. It prevents hot spots and ensures a more consistent temperature throughout the refrigerator.
This LG refrigerator stood out during our tests. It offers ample space to feed a family, but we noticed a few unsettling quirks. The drawers for the freezer aren't as cold as we'd like. The temperature of the middle drawer was 41° during our peak use test, which is sufficient to freeze ice cream and other frozen food items. The temperature in the rest of your freezer remained at around 36 degrees.
Another issue is that refrigerator doors have handles that are sunken on the inside and beneath making it difficult for those who are smaller to guide them closed. It may seem like a minor issue however we prefer front-mounted handles on refrigerators, as they are easier to open and close.
The fridge is expensive, but it's well worth it for anyone looking to have an ultra-modern look for their kitchen. This refrigerator is recommended for those who want to upgrade their existing fridge or are building new homes and want a seamless look in the kitchen.

It's a good-looking model that boasts useful features like an autofill water pitcher and a temperature-adjustable "FlexZone" drawer. It also performed well in our cooling test, however we don't like the gimmicky handles or the fragile crisper bins.
Bespoke is an option that makes the RF23M8090SG stand out. It allows you to personalize your refrigerator using removable colored panels. There are 11 different colors, ranging from pastels to more bright colors. There are also four metallic finishes. The panels can be customized to include photos or text. This will make the fridge more personal and can match your Rick Owens dress, Andy Warhol banana neon, or tie-dye Crocs.
The LED lighting can be altered to a different color which is a great feature. The interior of the fridge is finished in a way that helps reduce smudges and makes cleaning a breeze. The only real drawbacks of the RF23M8090SG are its crowded beverage center, and it takes some effort to open the door-indoor feature which houses a water dispenser as well as an ice maker. You must look for the lever that is located under midway down the door. When you locate it the second door opens within the fridge, containing the pitcher docking station and the water dispenser.

Frigidaire Counter Depth French Door Refrigerator
French door refrigerators are a great addition to any kitchen. They look clean and work well in any size of room. Counter-depth refrigerators are the ideal option if you're looking for this style but without the added height. We've tested many of them, and this particular Frigidaire model has a higher than average score in our ratings due to its reasonable price and thoughtful features such as an adjustable temperature drawer.
However, it has a few minor issues. Our tests show that the FGHB2866PF warms up quite a bit in the freezer, and can get uncomfortably warm on the refrigerator's outermost shelving. Our heat maps show how temperature fluctuates minute by minute. The orange area in the top right, representing the butter bin, is particularly warm throughout our time of testing. This might not appear to be a problem initially however, the fridge is spending most of its time above 32 degrees.
It's worth noting that this model isn't Energy Star certified, which could be important to some buyers. The real problem is that this fridge isn't very good. It's not equipped with the latest features and durable construction which makes it difficult to recommend it over better models at this price.
This Frigidaire refrigerator is similar to the stainless steel version you might find in your local appliance store. It's a safe choice with a polished finish that looks nice and is resistant to scratches, but it doesn't do much to set itself apart from competitors that are more feature-rich and less expensive.
If you're looking for a counter-depth french-door fridge but don't want to spend an excessive amount of money the FGHC2331PF could be worth a look. It's big enough to meet the needs of the majority of families and does a great job keeping food fresh. Even if french door fridge and freezer 's not an energy-efficient model, it won't come close to costing more than our top-rated models do.
